AFT provides digital solutions including software development, web design, mobile application development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. AFT retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
