This project is a comprehensive, role-based digital platform developed to streamline and modernize the operations of gold investment schemes offered by jewellery businesses. It allows administrators, branch managers, and customers to seamlessly interact within a centralized system, ensuring transparency, real-time gold tracking, and complete control over scheme management.

Project Scope:

Login & Registration:
OTP-based secure registration flow with fields for name, email, phone number, password, and branch selection. Roles include Admin, Branch Manager, and Customer.

Universal Features (All Users):

• Display of current Gold and Silver rates

• Logout option and dark/light theme toggle

Admin Features:

• Real-time dashboard showing customer activity, scheme count, claims, gold rate analytics, and KYC status

• Full scheme management: create, edit, delete, view

• Branch and branch manager setup

• View and act on withdrawal requests

• Add offline payments manually

• Full user control: edit, ban/unban, call, review KYC documents

• PDF/Excel export options for all records (users, schemes, payments, transactions)

• Update daily gold/silver rates, modify payment gateway charges, and configure support info

• Create and restore data backups

Branch Manager Features:

• View current metal rates and branch identity

• Add and manage customers under their branch

• Transfer customers between branches

• Log how customers were assisted

• Add offline payments

• Propose new schemes (subject to admin approval)

• Handle customer withdrawal requests

Customer Features:

• View welcome screen with gold rate, KYC status, and admin-provided content

• Upload KYC documents

• View and join available schemes post-verification

• Join via online or offline payment methods

• Track active participations and request eligible claims

• View virtual gold gram balance and non-claimable amounts

• Edit personal profile (email is fixed)

• Contact support via pre-filled email template

Access to schemes is automatically restricted if the customer is banned by an admin.
