Applicable To: All registered and contracted Brand Ambassadors
This Brand Ambassador Policy outlines the responsibilities, conduct, and compliance standards required of all individuals officially representing Abrar Future Tech LLP as part of our ambassador program. This policy is intended to supplement formal agreements and to guide long-term alignment between ambassadors and the brand’s vision.
Ambassadors are expected to:
Promote the brand through social media content, reels, video reviews, testimonials, and digital interactions.
Uphold a positive and professional image of the Company at all times.
Engage with the audience in alignment with the brand’s tone and values.
Use provided branding material, tags, and collaboration features in all applicable content.
Content must be high quality, relevant, and free from misinformation or offensive material.
Scripts must be pre-approved if provided.
Improvised content must still maintain integrity and brand alignment.
Content should be posted on the Ambassador's own profile with proper tags and visibility settings.
All approved content must be published within 5 days of delivery.
Posts must remain public for a minimum of 90 days unless otherwise approved in writing.
Collaboration tags (e.g., @abrarfuturetech or co-authoring) are mandatory for visibility and campaign measurement.
Payments are processed within 5 working days upon final approval of deliverables.
Bonuses may be offered up to 30% of base payment for high performance.
Deductions between 30% to 50% may be applied for underperformance (e.g., reach not met, deadlines missed, poor quality).
Re-shoots or revisions may be required for non-compliant submissions.
Ambassadors must refrain from endorsing or promoting direct competitors of Abrar Future Tech LLP during the contract term, unless explicitly approved.
Ambassadors must maintain respectful and ethical behavior in all brand interactions.
Direct or indirect defamatory, misleading, or false representation of the Company will result in immediate termination.
Communication must be prompt and professional with the assigned campaign coordinator.
All campaign materials, strategies, and inside information must be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties. This clause remains effective for 12 months post contract termination.
Abrar Future Tech LLP reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. Ambassadors will be notified via email or internal messaging system.
